Free US Shipping

We offer free shipping on all domestic orders to all 50 states — no minimum order, no exceptions.


International Shipping

Jewelry: Flat rate standard  $12.99 international shipping. Expedited international delivery is available at checkout for faster delivery.

Canvas: International shipping rates calculated at checkout. Delivery to Rest of World destinations varies by location — estimated timeframes are provided at checkout.

All international orders ship via USPS International with delivery confirmation and full tracking.

Production begins after your order is placed. Current estimates — these can change based on demand:

Returns, Remakes & Refunds Policy

At Express Your Love Gifts, most of our products are personalized, custom-made, handcrafted, or made-to-order — created specifically for each customer. Because of this, we generally do not accept returns, exchanges, cancellations, or refunds for buyer's remorse, change-of-mind requests, or errors in customer-submitted information.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, poor quality, or incorrect due to a production error on our part, we will review the issue and, when approved, provide a free remake or replacement.


How to Submit a Claim

Email us at help@expressyourlovegifts.com and include:

  1. Your order number
  2. The email address used at checkout
  3. A clear description of the issue
  4. Clear photos or video showing the problem
  5. Photos of the packaging and shipping label (required if the item arrived damaged)

Please keep the product and all original packaging until our team completes the review.


Claim Window

Claims submitted after the applicable window may not be eligible for a remedy.


Eligible Issues

We will review claims for:

  • Item arrived damaged or defective
  • Poor print, engraving, personalization, or production quality
  • Wrong item received
  • Incorrect personalization caused by a production error on our part
  • Item missing from the order
  • Item materially different from what was ordered
  • Clothing: misprinted, wrong size/color/type, or incorrectly placed print

In most approved cases, we will provide a free remake or replacement.


Items Not Eligible for Return, Refund, Cancellation, or Exchange

  • Custom, personalized, handcrafted, or made-to-order items produced as ordered
  • Buyer's remorse or change of mind
  • Incorrect name, date, message, image, size, color, style, or address submitted by the customer
  • Sizing or fit issues for jewelry or wearable items where the correct size was selected — please review size guides before ordering
  • Items worn, used, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery
  • Digital downloads or electronically delivered files
  • Gift cards
  • Items shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer
  • Packages marked delivered by the carrier but reported missing after delivery
  • Items returned without prior written approval from our support team
  • Orders delayed by carrier, customs, or events outside our control

Remakes and Replacements

If your claim is approved, we will provide a free remake or replacement.

A remedy may be denied if:

  • The issue was caused by customer-submitted information
  • The item was used, worn, altered, or discarded
  • The claim was submitted after the claim window
  • Required photos or documentation were not provided
  • The item was returned without prior approval

Refunds

Refunds are not our standard resolution for custom and personalized products.

Refunds may be approved only when:

  • The item is confirmed defective and a remake or replacement is not possible
  • The item cannot be fulfilled
  • A refund is required by applicable law
  • Our support team approves a refund after review

If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method. Processing time varies by payment provider or bank.

Refunds will not be issued because a carrier marks a package as delivered but the customer reports it missing after delivery.


Cancellations and Order Changes

Production on many items begins shortly after an order is placed. Cancellations and changes are not guaranteed.

Contact us as soon as possible at help@expressyourlovegifts.com to request a cancellation or change. If production has already started, the order may no longer be eligible.


Unauthorized Returns

Do not mail items back without prior written approval from our support team. Items returned without approval may not be processed, refunded, or returned to sender.

If a return is required, our support team will provide instructions.


Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our production error or is required by applicable law. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If an approved return is required, our team will provide the return address and instructions.
